Can a field in JotForm be added as Category tag for a contact in Solve360?

We use jotform to fill out notes on each client interaction. I'd like those notes to be automatically integrated into the contact's form in Solve360 as a note in the activity section. How can I make that happen?

    Hi there,

We have integration with Solve360. Here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/191-How-to-Integrate-Solve360

If you encounter any problems or if you need further assistance, do let us know.

    Thanks!

I'm aware of the integration and have reviewed that link and already use the integration for creating a contact. I am guessing that there is a way to write CSS code in jotform that will allow me to add a category tag through the integration as well. It's more advanced and no direction is given for that in the link you provided. Can you help me find out how to do that?

What exactly do you mean by " adding a category tag "? I'm not sure I follow you here with what you mean by that.

Additionally, to my knowledge I don't think css would work if you were intended to use it to transmit something since the css is more intended to affect the overall design, style, and display. Whereas if you are referring to the data that is send elsewhere then you would likely need prepopulation where allowed or some other form of posting data.

In Sove360, which is a CRM, each contact can have tags associated with their contact. In Jotform, I can use the integration tool to create a contact and have certain field's in Jot send the data to fields in Solve360, but I also need to be able to add tags to the contact once it hits Solve.

    Hi,

Thank you for the explanation about this.

I think what you were looking for was similar to what was described on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/136624

Unfortunately, as mentioned on that thread, you have to manually do the tagging in Solve360 side instead as there is no tagging option during the form integration.

I search on the Solve360 website and I found this help walk-through on Solve360 Category Tags

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
