I would like to add two pictures in each product item in Purchase Order tool

I am creating a form using the purchase order payment method.  Clients will only be able to choose one option.  I would like to add two pictures to each Option.  Can I do that?

Unfortunately, two pictures in a single product item are not possible. I would suggest combining the images into one before using it into the product item. You can use Photoshop to combine images.
