    Forms not working on my website

    Hi I have some forms on my website that are not working. When I access jotform to edit the form and then click insert I get this message:

    Unable to find the HTML code for the widget on the widget site or on the clipboard.

    Launch the New Form Wizard by clicking on My Forms followed by the New Form button.
    Select an option from the New Form Wizard and click on Continue.
    Configure your form in this JotForm window. Add form controls from the TOOLBOX on the left using drag and drop.
    When done, click on the Setup & Embed tab.
    Click the Embed Form button on the topbar followed by the Xara button to reveal the HTML code for your form.
    Copy the code provided.
    Then click the Insert button below to close the JotForm window and add the form to your web page.

    When I want to edit the form then its blank ?


    Can you help me out?

    Hi Johan,

    I was able to see and test the form in your website.

    But what I found that is not working is the Purchase Order tool in the form.


    To fix this problem, remove the double quotes " " signs you have added on the items/products names.


    I was able to Edit the form when I tried it on my end.


    Are you saying that you are not able to open and edit the form using the form builder?

    Can you please retry again editing the form in your account now.

    Inform us if issues persist.

    Hi and thank you for the quick response.
    When I click edit here I just see the attached window. Nothing is loading - dont know if it is my connection that is failing - although the page indicates that the page as fully loaded "marked: Done"

    We are not able to see the included screenshot.

    Please use the Insert/edit image tool in the message editor to upload your screenshots


    I test the form builder using your login account, and I was able to go to Edit mode using your form.


    You may want to try also clearing your browser's cache first and retry.
