I love your product, but I am currently having a problem that I cannot resolve. For the past 48 hours, I have attempted to utilize the support forum to get assistance with my current form.
Unfortunately, this process is not working well for me. I read on your site that you offer customer service via email & chat as well.
Can you have someone contact me via email or chat?

On the weekend Chat is not available.
Also, email and forum response time is around 1 to 2 hrs due to staff availability. The fastest way to get an answer from us is via Support forum.
