When you make a Form, Submissions page or a Report "public", you grant Company (JotForm service) a worldwide and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your Forms and Submissions.

If you create a public report, that that means anybody who knows the URL
of that public report can access that report and view the submission data.
