    Hello!
My Mother keeps receiveing fraudulent emails about dating sites coming from noreply@jotform.com
I am assuming you're not aware of this use and I'm also assuming you're not promoting "Free eharmony No.Credit Card Needed" kind of services.

Hope we are able to resolve this.

    Regards, Michael :)

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can give us a link to the form, we can forward it to our reviewers' team, and they can check if the form/account is suspicious, and suspend the accounts if they are suspected of phishing.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for getting back to us. We are not in any way associated with eHarmony Inc. After checking on the screenshots that you have provided it doesn't show that it's being sent from Jotform. Can you please provide us with your mother's email address for us to check our email logs and verify if it's coming from Jotform?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Sorry I saw once I posted that you couldn't see the actual email as it's disguised by the display name.

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for getting back to us and providing the information needed. After checking our email logs, I saw that there is no history of us sending emails to marjfhammond@hotmail.com email address. We want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a form builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes. If you can send us the link to the form which your mother entered her email with, that would be a great help for us to locate the form used and suspend the account.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
