Copy and paste from Free Text HTML

Asked by ttrs on August 31, 2011 at 09:51 AM

I have a central page for our admin staff, which includes standard letters I want the office to be able to copy and paste from.

However when I've made the letters in Free text HTML - and check the link out - nothing can be copied and pasted. the words are saved in an image. Is there a way I can have it text format for the ability to copy and paste?

    Many thanks

The text is actually not converted to an image. It just cannot be selected. If you notice, this only happens with fields (not just free text) that are inside a form collapse. This is caused probably by a line in the script that is responsible for the form collapse.

With that in mind, I have submitted a ticket to report this bug to our developers. You will be notified once this bug is fixed. Thank you for your patience.
