Is there an easy plugin, app or extension to connect with an external database

i am trying to find a way to connect the form data with a database. is there an easy way to do this without coding?

As far as I know you need to code your custom thank you page and I haven't seen any app or plugin that will do that. 1st is you have to know how to POST submission to your thank you page then you need to learn how to send submissions to your database using php.

Connecting to an external database is advance feature and you need to know PHP script in order to do this or you can hire someone to make a custom thank you page for you who knows how to program PHP and MySQL.
