I have a form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30423551949961 and the emails are not being sent to the person who filled it out or the people who are set up to receive the notification. I have set everything up correctly but the emails are not being sent. I even tried to have it send a test email - did not receive it, and filled out the form as a test twice - didn't get those either.
Is there a problem with Jotform?
I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have set it up correctly and you should be receiving your email alerts normally. You have added three email address in the "Recipient Email" of your email alert. Are you not receiving submission emails to any of the email addresses?
I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
The auto-responder also seems to work as expected. I did receive the autoresponse email in my inbox. Please check the screenshot below:

@ashwin_d I just sent an email to the ladies who are supposed to receive this email to find out if they received it. I am wondering if the issue lies within our spam filters, because I normally get an email when someone from Jotform replies to my questions, and I didn't receive that when you responded to this one.
Ashwin, Hsmith2 is the only 1 of the 3 people receiving the emails for some reason!
Please advise the rest of the recipient to check their spam folder. If no emails are there, we advise adding us to your server whitelist. You can find all the list of our IP Addresses and Email Servers here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. I am sure your spam filter affects the flow of the notification email from your form.
