How do I fix "This Form Is Unavailable" from occurring when a form is completed?

    When a user completes our waiver and release form, instead of it sending us the result, a screen pops up and says This Form Is Unavailable. The form is enabled in Jotform, hence it appears on the website. Not sure what to do.

    I see that the form submission limit is set to 5 in preferences. Hence you are receiving this message.

    Please change this limit so that you'll continue to receive the submissions. For more information on limiting the submissions, this guide is helpful to you.
