    Dear Jot Form Team,

    First, I would like to thank you for JOtFOrm.

    Second, I just realized that my "testing" forms are beign deducted from the monthly allowence.  Only 3 transaction forms have been real.  The rest have been testing the forms from me.  I was not aware of this issue. 

    Thirdly, Is there a reason why people are submitting the contriubtion form but we don't see the paypal transaction.

    This is very important for us and we would really appreciate your prompot response.

    Hi there,

    As a one time courtesy I have reset the use of payment to 3 but please be informed
    that I can only do this once.

    In your PayPal profile, under Selling Preferences > Instant Payment Notification
    Preferences, set the following:

    Instant Payment Notification (IPN): on
    Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL:https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php The email address has to be the primary email address in your Paypal account.
    If you have registered multiple email addresses in your Paypal account,
    make sure you use the primary email address. Otherwise, IPN will not work.

    The notification email from Paypal will be sent once the payment is processed.
    If the payment is not yet completed it will be considered as a pending submission
    and no notification email is sent.

    You can find out the pending submission in JotForm:
    1. Open the form in JotForm
    2. In the My Forms section select the form
    3. Choose 'Submission'
    4. Select Pending Submission, from here you will see the transactions which are pending
    which means that the Payment was not yet completed.
