Conditional Logic based on Dynamic Dropdown answer AND circle back to repeat question

    1. I need to show questions based on the response to the SECOND part of the dynamic dropdown. How do I set up conditional logic to read that entry? For example, they choose company name and the dropdown opens for them to choose a project. Based on the PROJECT I have a series of questions for them to answer. How do I get the project to be the trigger for the show/hide?
    2. I need them to answer the questions for every single project on the drop down. How do I redirect them to the drop down to select another project once they finish with the first one?

    I am so lost.

    Hello Zidarta,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is not possible to achieve both of the requirements at the same time because if the user went back to the Dynamic Dropdown widget to select another project, the fields for the first project will be hidden again. What I would suggest is to use the value of the Company Name to show all of the fields associated with each project that they need to answer. If this works with you, you will only have to add a Show/Hide Fields condition and set your rule just like what is shown below:

If you prefer to only show the fields based on the selected Project, here is the rule you need to set:

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Is there a way to duplicate an entire page at a time?
Once the choose company I will have it show multiple for project but then each project will need 2 questions answered...instead of duplicating those three boxes can I put them on a separate page then duplicate that page...then remove page break?
I have hundreds of these to do...

    Hi Zidarta,

It's not possible for a page to be duplicated, but creating a duplicate of a multiple fields in the form can be done by right-clicking on the field, selecting Manage Multiple Fields, and selecting the fields to be duplicated. You can also add a new page before generating the duplicate fields and place those fields in the new page.

    1. Add a New Page:

    2. Right-click on a field and select Manage Multiple Fields.
    3. Select the checkmark to the left of the fields that you will duplicate.

    4. Click Duplicate in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen and select After Field.
    5. Choose the field that will precede the new duplicated fields. In this example I have them duplicating under the page break:

If this work around is not feasible, I will create a feature request for a page copy option.

Let us know if you need any more help.

Can I  duplicate multiple fields onto a new survey?

Due to the sheer amount of entries I need, I am forced to break my survey up into many surveys since JotForm does not support the ability to link from list ...so how do I move entries to new survey without having to start over?

We have several hundred projects all of which need 4 questions per project and they will be emailed so keeping the alphabetical order is most effecient. However, the data entry team split the list and is entering from top down and from bottom up. So to create new survey I will need to copy entire sections and move them so I can have A-D, E-I...etc.

    Hi Zidarta,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that this is frustrating for you. Just to clarify your question. Can you duplicate multiple fields onto a new survey? Are you referring to a new form. If yes, we can clone the the form and edit or update the fields on the new form.

We provide a handy way to clone/copy a form from your account to avoid these possible risks. The cloning creates the same form within your account with most of its basic settings.

There are two ways in cloning a form.

Frist is the Inline Clone Option - The inline clone form option is the easiest and quickest way to clone an existing form from your account.

    1. Go to your My Forms page.
    2. Search and hover or click the form you wish to clone/copy.
    3. Expand its More menu.
    4. Click the Clone option under the Form column.

    5. You should be redirected to the form builder with cloned form.

Second is the Clone by Clicking the Create Form Button.

    1. Go to your My Forms page.
    2. Click the Create Form button.
