Start Plan, form thinks it has reached the 100 submission limit

I accidentally had a limit on my form of 12 submissions (I thought it was a limit per user, not a limit for the entire form). I changed it to 1000 submissions and changed the warning message to reflect the limitations of the free Starter account. Problem is, the form does not seem to "forget" the limit of 12. Do I need to create a new form now, or it there a way to reset the form? It is the only form currently in my account.

    Hi,

I checked your form, though you did indeed remove the submission limits, the status of the form was still set to "Disabled":

I went ahead and enabled it again for you and it should work on your site once again.

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

Huh, ok, thanks. Didn't know that I needed to check into that, thanks for taking the time to help out.

    Hi,

Once your form reaches the limits you impose on it, it sets the "Status" to disabled on its own.  You need to manually enable it again after that point.  Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
