What happens when I reach my limit of submissions?

    Hi JotForm,

For my organization's purposes, 100 submission per month will usually be good enough, but there may be one or two months out of the year where I will receive more submissions.  So my question is, what happens to the submissions when I am over my limit?  And is there a way that I can automatically bump my subscription from Free to Premium for the months in which I need more than 100 submissions?

    Thank you!

    Ryan

    Hello Ryan,

You are free to upgrade/downgrade at any time as mentioned in our pricing page. However, this needs to be done manually and cannot be automated for now.

If you are over-limited on the submissions, forms shall be disabled for that month and reset on starting next month.

Hope this answers your enquiry. Please get back to us if you need any other information. We are happy to help you.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

OK, this makes sense. Thanks Kiran! But I have one more question: does my month start on the day that I purchase my subscription or the first of every calendar month? For example, if I reach my limit of submissions on Sept 13, 2014, then I upgrade to premium, do I then have 900 more submissions until Oct 1 or Oct 13?

Does my month start on the day that I purchase my subscription or the first of every calendar month?Yes your month starts on the day you purchase your subscription.example if you subscribe on  Sept 13 your subscription will end on Oct 13.If you reach your limits on sept 13 your forms will be disabled but if you upgrade to a paid account e.g premium you will get 1000 submission for the premium package.but at the end of your subscription you will have to cancel because monthly subscription payment is done on a recurring basis.

FYI Each plan has 3 ways to pay: 2 year, yearly and monthly. If you choose the monthly you pay in that month the associated value, but this payment is done on a recurring basis. If at any time the user wants to stop paying he has to cancel first the subscription.
