    Hello netivotshalom,

I did test your form in IE, chrome and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The "Subtotal", "Silent Appeal" and "Total Amount" seems to be displaying correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you embedded this form in your web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look if there is any problem there.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I cannot embed (wish I could) because we have a free Wpordpress.com Website and they do not support Javascript.

I cannot replicate it either, but I have two reports of PC browsers with the same error. I know one was using IE, not sure about the other. Could it be a browser security setting or version incompatibility? The data itself goes through (that is, even though the total does not display, it is recorded in the database.

    Hello netivotshalom,

One of the reason could be that the browser JavaScript of those must have been disabled which could trigger this issue. I did test your form again in IE 6-10 (Developer Tools) and I am unable to replicate the issue.

I would suggest you to add "NoScript" widget in your form which will detect if the JavaScript of user's browser is disabled and the submission will not be allowed.

Do get back to us if "NoScript" widget does not help and the issue persists.

    Thank you!
