I have used your form to create a sign up form for seminars. There are multiple seminars, so I have used a DROP DOWN MENU in your form, with details of each seminar date so the customer can choose the date they wish.
Then I send the information to mail chimp so that I can email them confirmation and send them follow ups closer to the seminar date.
However - Jot form is only sending mailchimp the "name" and "email" info, what about "mobile number" and "seminar date".
Why can I not merge this information as well?

I did check your web page and the "BOOK NOW" form embedded there is actually not a JotForm.
I did check your account and found that your last edited form "Seminar Details Form" is integrated with MailChimp. It seems you have not mapped your all form fields with your MailChimp List and that is the reason why only your "Name" and "Email" is being saved in MailChimp account. Please check the screenshot below:
Please ensure that your MailChimp List "Seminars" have all the fields added and then map them with your form fields by clicking on the "Add New Option".
