Not receiving email notification

    I am not receiving an email notification when a form is completed and sent. Please can you advise me on what I need to change?

    I check your form titled "CSGN OGS 2014/2015 APPLICATION FORM" and it appears you have setup the notification properly.  The emails are set to be sent to "" so I checked to make sure that this address is not on our bounce list, which would prevent the emails from being sent. and it is not:

    So I checked our mail logs and it does look like they are indeed being sent:

    Since these emails are sent from "" sometimes they are filtered by email providers and sent to spam.  Often times changing the sender email to "" fixes the filtering issue if you are still unable to find the emails in your spam folder.
