I am not receiving an email notification when a form is completed and sent. Please can you advise me on what I need to change?

I check your form titled "CSGN OGS 2014/2015 APPLICATION FORM" and it appears you have setup the notification properly. The emails are set to be sent to "firstname.lastname@example.org" so I checked to make sure that this address is not on our bounce list, which would prevent the emails from being sent. and it is not:
So I checked our mail logs and it does look like they are indeed being sent:
Since these emails are sent from "email@example.com" sometimes they are filtered by email providers and sent to spam. Often times changing the sender email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" fixes the filtering issue if you are still unable to find the emails in your spam folder.
