I am trying to get to my forms but can't. i stuck in my forms as if i'm trying to create a form.

This sounds like an issue with you web browser.  Try clearing your browsers cache and see if that fixes it.  If it still does not, trying using a different browser if possible to see if you still are unable to access the rest of the site.  Please let us know if you still cannot and we will be happy to assist you further.
