Reports: link to CSV file from Web page

    Hello,

I want to create a report users can view on the web, but if I do, the only option is to download a PDF. I know there is a separate link for CSV download.

Is there a way, from the web view, to allows users to easily download the CSV? I tried added a URL but that didn't hyperlink. Which is fine anyways, I'd rather have link text displayed. Ideally, the option for CSV would be right beside the option to download PDF.

    Thanks,

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

If you create a CSV report, you can use the link that's generated after you edit the report to download it. If it says that it's unauthorized, you'll need to login to your Jotform account to view it or go into your account settings and disable the setting require login to view submissions. Then when people access this link it will download the CSV file.

I apologize but that's not what I'm asking.

From the web report (the report users can view in their browser), how can someone download the CSV file?

    Thanks

    Hi Michael ,

Unfortunately we don't have a report to let the form respondent view the data and download as CSV file.

Let us know if you have further questions.
