enterprise customer support - can't get response

    What is the email for the enterprise customer support. I've been waiting over a week for a response from support when I emailed enterprise-support@jotforms.com Is that not a correct email address for enterprise support?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. May I know what is the issue related to? Do you want to open an Enterprise account or your team already has an Enterprise account?

    We already have an account and right after I opened this they responded.

    I contacted them first, 8 days ago. They finally responded and answered my question right after I opened this. All is good now.
