Confirmation of Auto-Responder Email

    Is there anyway to view a confirmation a customer received the auto-responder email? My client is asking for the 2 submission they received on The White Building Pop-Up Market Form & I don't see a place to confirm.

    When I submitted the form as a customer last week, I didn't receive the email but support said it was sent, so I'm just a little nervous about it.

    If you could please confirm, I would appreciate it!

    Hi Christy,

    A friend of mine had the same issue and also felt nervous with the situation. A feature in Jotform where users can use their Gmail account as the email sender for their account helped him. In that way, you will be able to see if the email was sent.

    There are multiple steps on how you can do this since Google is a bit secured.

    If the 2-step verification is disabled, kindly follow these.

    1. Go to https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and sign in to your account.
    2. Turn on the Allow less secure apps option.

    3.Once done, you should receive an email regarding the enabling of access for less secure apps.

    Hello Christy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can check if the autoresponder email was sent to the filler of the form. Here's a guide on how to do that:

    1. Click on the Avatar icon located on the top right corner of the Form Dashboard.
    2. Select Settings from the options to open the account settings.
    3. Go to History on the left task pane to show the activity logs of your account.
    4. Filter the logs from All Actions to Email. This will show you the email notifications/autoresponder emails that were successfully sent.
