How do I save all the information placed in the drop down and the various "form collapse" hidden?

I'm having a problem in my form! 

I have the contracts section where to select them, put the drop down and the various "form collapse" hidden, but it saves only the information that is active on the screen. 

Other information that are placed by selecting the drop down are not saved. 

How do I save all the information placed in the drop down and the various "form collapse" hidden?

To my knowledge it isn't going to show up because of the fact that you have it set to hidden so the fields and their data would get ignored otherwise it could be filled in appropriately.

If you want to have it hidden but still filled in then you would have to have it populated from another field to maintain this information so that you could keep it hidden.
