Can I still access my payment submission after I downgrade?

    My church is hosting an event in October, so we only need a Payment Form for a few months instead of a yearly plan because we do not do paid events often. If we upgrade our plan for the event registration and downgrade after the event, will we be able to access all of the paid forms even though there will be more than 10 submissions?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand your question correctly, by paid forms, you are referring to the submission data? If yes, you can still access the submission data. The Payment Submission limit is based on the number of submissions with payments monthly made for the month. Check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
