Client are reporting an issue of being locked out

    Our clients are calling and reporting issues with the form submission on our site. Including being "locked out"

    Hi,

    Do you have any idea if your clients receive an error? Can you ask them for a screenshot, if possible? Maybe, they are talking about when they submit the form? It's not redirecting to your thank you page? 

    Please try re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. iFrame should eliminate some conflicts that may prevent them from submitting the form.

    I'll have to ask my external web guy to re-embed.

    We did a test submission and only clicked Submit once and got 4 entries on our Log. But again, no emails confirming the entry.

    Using our iFrame method should fix the multiple entries. I am sure of that.
