    JotForm,

Kudous to Carina! She fixed our issue. The clone form she created worked seemlessly and instantly. I would like to confirm the following so I dont have to pester you folks further:

    1. Can we have this Correct clone form replace our current forum in the account? Or how do we make this our official form now?

    2.

Will we have to re-embed an IFRAME code with this into our GoDaddy site or can we simply use the embed code link?

We appreciate the continued and expedient response and support, many thanks!

I inspected your forms and unfortunately they contain password fields that are not allowed according to our terms. It is necessary to delete these fields otherwise the account might get suspended by our phishing filter.

I tested the forms on different browsers and could replicate the same difficulty in submitting. I removed Configurable list and Dynamic Textbox widgets but the difficulty persisted.

When I added Page Breaks the form started submitting normally:

You can test the clone form:

Let us know if this is a solution for you.

    Thank you

    Thank you for contacting us.

There is no direct way to replace one form with another one, since each form has an unique ID. However, you can clone Carina's form and use the cloned version on your website.

Please take a look at the following article:
