After repeating the integration process numerous times, the spreadsheets are still not updating with new incoming registered participants. I am sharing the document with one other person via Google Drive. I changed her settings to view only to ensure the documents are not being changed. The spreadsheet is still not updating, but we are receiving the individual registration form in Google Drive.

It's in the integration. You've mentioned that a new spreadsheet is created for each new submission. I think there's something in your form field labels that is causing this. Perhaps, a non-supported character. What is the form URL? Let us know so we check.

Okay, I checked your forms and they have the same format. Looking at it, please try to change your field labels such as:
Full Name of School/Agency -> Full Name of School or Agency
E-mail -> Email Address or Email
Then re-integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet. Check if that resolves the issue.

We had a system glitch that cause Google Spreadsheets integrations to temporarily stop working. It appears to have resolved itself. It may have been our server, the network, or Google's server. We see no further warnings in our log files and all our tests are working.
If you do still encounter the issue with duplicate spreadsheets being created, please update this ticket along with the form ID where it's occurring. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
