The form doesnt send me a notification. What can I do?

Did you check if you have the right email recipient on the form notification? Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
I have also remove your email address in the bounce list. Your email ended in the bounce list for an unknown reason. This might also be the reason why you are not receiving email notification. Kindly make sure the following email is still active and valid.
Would you mind checking it again this time? See if you are now receiving form notifications.
