I also am doing a test now that I have published the site that has form....not sure if its working. I am not sure if I put the email address the forms need to go to in the right place.

I checked your forms email notifications and they do appear to be setup properly. One will go to:
And the other will go to:
Both emails should receive a notification when the form is submitted. When you send a test email however, it will always be sent to the default email associated with the account.
You should be all set as far as the notifications.
