Our account is treskinrx. On our sample pack form, the email submission is supposed to go to email@example.com. it was working for a long..and out of no where stopped. i even changed it and sent out a test submission. it still doesnt work. what could the problem be?

Have you checked your spam/junk/bulk mail folders for the missing e-mails? If you don't find it there, it might be possible that our servers are blocked by your host. Please have these IP's and domains added to your host's e-mail whitelist:
