Why are we losing entries on "RW Baird Registration Form" Google Spreadsheets Integration?

    We are losing entries made to the form, "RW Baird Registration Form" with the Google Spreadsheets Integration.  

    There are 40 participants on submissions file, but only 35 in the Google Spreadsheets Integration form.

     

    Could you please help?

    Example:

     

    First Name: Wilson

    Last Name: Ren

    Hi,

    Let me submit a bug ticket report regarding this to our higher team support.

    Multiple users seems to be reporting today issue with Google Spreadsheet integration not updating properly with new incoming form submissions.

    For the mean time, can you please try also refreshing the integration -- that is by removing and re-integrating the form again to Google Spreadsheet.

    See if this makes any difference.

    By the way, I was not able to replicate the same issue using a cloned of your form.

    If you test submit my test form, the update should reflect on my google spreadsheet that I shared.

    Hello,

    This is working now. It looks like it was a system or network glitch, which resolved itself. It may have been our server, the network, or Google's server. We see no further warnings in our log files and all our tests are working.

    Please let us know if you encounter further issues and do apologize for the inconvenience.
