I have setup a form to collect image submissions for a newsletter I manage. The user is able to upload up to 2 images. I am encountering issues with being able to view and download images after a user has submitted. What would cause this?

First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Having this kind of issue might be a result of an unsuccessful upload of a file. Your users might have submitted the form while the file is still uploading. I suggest you advice your users to resubmit their entries and wait for the upload process indicator, which is the circle, until it's finished. Hope this helps.
