URGENT - We have a big problem

We have a big problem with you. 

We have signed 1000 forms per month, but is showing only 100 forms. 

We did a 1 year subscription and is already PAID. 

Previously we were paying via Pay Pal and we request to cancel the Pay Pal because we already pay one years. 

You insist on charging me by Pay Pal and we already have one years paid and the form is not working. 

URGENT NEED FOR A SOLUTION.

You are right, the problem your account must be on Premium status because you paid via FS bi-yearly subscription  INT140529-5418-48858

Paypal subscription was canceled and the latest charges were refunded.
