Terms Widget is Redirecting to a 404 Not Found error

    Hello edu1st,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    This is a very strange issue. Whenever this particular form is loaded, it first loads the form and then gives 404 Not Found error message. Please check the screenshot below:

    The issue seems to be caused by "Terms & Conditions" widget. I am reporting this to our back end team. We will get back to us as soon as we have any update from them.

    For now, I would suggest you to please remove the "Terms & Conditions" widget and that should solve your problem.

    Also, you may have to clear your browser and/or form cache in order to see the change.
