    My form still gets cut off on my website after using the Iframe embed code as adviced

    I tried a link that would work ,and on answer to my previous request by jot form I was advised to use iframe which also worked of a fashion to show the full form i expected but the preview on iframe  is the same when i put the code on the website it cuts a quarter of the form out could you please investigate why this does that the form is the volunteer form on my account if you wish to check yourselves

    Hello Phillip, 

    We are sorry to hear about that. 

    Just so I understand - you embedded the form using the Iframe method as adviced in a previous support request, and the form still gets cut off at the bottom? 

    This could be caused by two possible issues: 

    1. The Iframe code has a height that does not extend to display the whole form

    2. There is a height setting on your website that is forcefully hiding a section of the form

    It's important that we examine the page where you have placed your form - following which we shall recommend what needs to be done to display the form in full. 

    Would you mind setting up similar test page or allowing us access so that we can check what could be wrong?
