Also, when I try to edit the form, I get directed to another login screen that doesn't log me in. I have never had this issue before.

Upon checking your account, I found that you have utilized 110.08 MB of upload space. That is the reason why your account is currently over quota. Please be noted that in free account you can receive only up to 100 MB of uploaded files.
I have activated your account for now. Please ensure that you delete few submissions from your form which has file attachment. Deleting a form submission will also delete the attached files as well.
- michelleAnswered on August 13, 2014 at 12:51 PMThank you for unlocking the account. I deleted a lot of forms but it is still saying I am at 110MB. Is there something else I need to do?

Can you please confirm that your JotForm username is dgrant?
I checked this account and I found it has this form http://www.jotform.com/form/20043854538
that have a lot of uploaded files.
To free up your accumulated storage space (which currently is at 110MB), you will have to delete submissions.
Please take note that deleting submissions will be permanent and cannot be restored.
You can use this JotForm App to search and delete form subissions
The deleted files will usually take up to 24 hours before they are cleared and restores the storage space. So, you will have to wait for that to take effect before you can see your account properly reactivated.
Hope this help. Please inform us if there are still issue.
