Customers telling me some users can't see form on the site, others can't change quantities, the total sometimes doesn't update, the form link loads but then displays 404 error. I've tested and also had the form accept the order then present a blank screen instead of PayPal.
I've deleted the original form, then started again but issues still present. End customer furious.

This issue has now been resolved. I tested the above form and was able to arrive successfully on the PayPal page. Please let us know if you have any issues with it.
