Form is not redirected to PayPal page after submit.

We just launched our new Conference Registration Form which uses PayPal as the Payment option.

A couple of registrations have gone through without difficulty.

Last night several folks tried to register and when they clicked on SUBMIT, at the bottom of the form, nothing happened.  From my end, I could see  "incomplete submissions".

I have tried myself and encountered the same problem.  But someone else who has been assisting me was able to get through.

    What might be happening?

    Hello TerryGALA,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

There was some technical glitch where the form was not being redirected to PayPal page but that issue is already taken care by our back end team. I did test your form with its direct URL and it seems to work as expected. It does redirect to PayPal successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

It seems your form is not working correctly in your web page. If you take a closer look at your embedded form, the total is not updating and all the conditional fields are visible. Please check the screenshot below:

There seems to be some code conflict between form scripts and other scripts available in your web page. To solve this problem, I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you in getting your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
