Why are the heading and radio fields showing as yellow font color?

    When I am creating a form, the heading and radio button questions are turning up in yellow when the font says it's in black and I'm not sure why. How can I fix this?

    Also, I went to center the image that I uploaded and also my heading, but I'm not sure why it's not letting me do so.

     

    Please advise. Thank you for your help!

    Can you please tell us which form you are having this issue on with fields being yellow? Also, I have moved your secondary question to a new thread.
