add row information not showing

Please can you tell me why the information that is entered in q10 of our form is missing once it is submitted

I cloned your form to test it and the matrix dynamicwidget information appears in both the submission:

And the e-mail:

I tested with several different variation on the amount of rows added and it worked each time.  This is not a required field in your form, is it possible it was simply not filled in?

Please let us know if you are still not receive information entered in the matrix dynamic widget and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
