In the following form submission only 2 of the 3 uploaded files were transferred to the DropBox account.
The image that did not transfer was this one:
I copied it from the database and pasted into the DropBox when I discovered it missing.
On one previous occasion around 8/27/11 none of the files uploaded with a submission were transferred to the DropBox, but were available in the database. Sorry but I do not have the details on that submission. I was asked to start a thread on this problem by Neil in a thread (Files Uploading Inconsistently started on 8/18/11) discussing another problem.
The URL below will not be available after tomorrow morning as the deadline for entries using this form is midnight 8/31/11.

I tried replicating your problem for hours, using the actual files from your form submissions, but failed miserably. The only possibility I can think of is that there might be synchronization problems with your account in the Dropbox website and your local Dropbox folder. Have you checked your Dropbox account if the files were there?

Since the files were in the database, I wasn't too concerned about this, but I appreciate you checking it. Good point. I only checked my local DropBox folder for the files, not the DropBox website. If this problem occurs again, I will be sure to check the DropBox website as well. Thank you for your help and concern.
