paypal pro configuration

    I set up my paypal pro account and entered the necessary info into the widget wizard and the test was successful.  But when I try and use it online I get an error that says 'transaction can not be completed because of invalid merchant configuration'

    What option were you choosing when seeing this error? I tried to replicate it with both the credit card and also with paypal but I am unable to do so at the moment. Can you please try again?

    Usually when you are getting that error it means that there is something not configured correctly to connect your paypal account to your jotform payment integration. You might not have accepted certain paypal agreements if any you may have entered the api incorrectly, or have the wrong account type - stuff like that.

    If it still gives you trouble you may want to try recreating your paypal api credentials then re-enter them into the form to test again.
