I'm making a form for parents to fill out. If they have more than one child, I want the info to come up for the next child that they have to fill out. I had it on a previous form, but when I went back to check, I cant figure out what we did.

You probably used conditional logics to show more fields upon clicking on an option such as "Would you like to add another child?" Do you have the form link that is working the way you want it?

Another workaround to do this, could be through dynamic text boxes

Maybe you can explain to us what would be the desired scenarios. So we can indicate the best workaround for you.

I have it in the other form I have in my account - the clone one. I don't want every thing there, but if I could copy it somehow and then delete the items I don't need on the new form was a thought I had. Are you able to see the forms I have?

    Hi,

This must be the form http://www.jotform.us/form/41053986140149 you were referring to.

You can just clone this form in your account -- and you will have the same copy of form that you can now customized according to your requirements.

Check this user guide on -How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

Please tell us if you need more assistance.

    Thanks!
