SMTP: error setting it up

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and account and I don't see any SMTP set up on your account yet. Please make sure to follow this guide to complete setting up your email SMTP.

    Can you please tell us the error that you're getting when setting it up? You can also post a screenshot of the error here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi,

    First, kindly make sure to add the Sender Name to the Email Notification as this may cause your Email Notification to become rejected by your Email Service Provider.

    In regards to having the E-Mail sent to an specific E-Mail Adress when the form is filled in. Kindly take a look at this How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection.

    Also, Tried setting up the SMTP first.

    Do make sure that SMTP settings are correct. If possible do provide a screenshot and the SMTP settings you are adding, so that we may be able to assist you better. Thank you.
