How can I upload a .doc or .pdf file to a survey?

I want the people taking my survey to answer questions about a document. Thus, I want them to be able to see the entire document on the survey itself. I cannot figure out how to upload a .doc or .pdf file in a way that the entire thing appears on the survey for those taking it to see. 

There is no easy solution for the .doc files since internet browsers can not read them natively, but it should not be hard to embed a pdf file.

First of all, you will need a PDF link (.pdf file accessible via the web), then add a PDF Embedder widget to the form with your PDF link.
