Phone Number Fields are not populated in PDF

    I am trying to pull data into a PDF from submitted data, but for some reason, the phone numbers will not populate. My form has a Parent/Guardian phone number and an Emergency Contact Phone Number. Is there some additional coding needed for the PDF to know which number goes where?

    I have checked the PDF layout on your PDF Editor and it appears that the mentioned fields are all available. See the image attached:

    Could you please try sending a test submission on your form then generate a PDF document out of it and check if the phone number fields are visible?
