    How Long is it supposed to take?

    A submission was made on my form Well over 3 hours now.

    It does not show in submissions etc. nor have notifications been sent out.

    How long does this take?

    Also there is a print form button, if that is clicked after the form is filled out and then submit is clciked, would this be the problem?

    Hi,

    I see an entry in your submissions page. Is it the submission that you're waiting for? Submissions usually take a very short time before getting dumped in your submissions page. I checked our mail server logs and I got the following information for your form:

     

    Aug 28 19:51:01 ying sm-mta[20942]: p7SNp09i020940: to=<info@dreells.com>, ctladdr=<noreply@jotform.com> (1001/1002), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=151781, relay=smtp.secureserver.net. [216.69.186.201], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok: Message 1284019183 accepted)

     

    Aug 31 19:15:06 yang sm-mta[15509]: p7VNF4c6015507: to=<info@dreells.com>, delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=esmtp, pri=127214, relay=smtp.secureserver.net. [216.69.186.201], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok: Message 1298598915 accepted)

    This means that the notification mails were sent successfully. Kindly check your spam/junk/bulk mail folders for the missing email. Let us know if you don't find it there. Thanks!

    I think the member clicked print form after filling in the form, then clicked submit right after and never saw warnings of required fields. I am not certain but again, I think that is the case because I asked, and was told, yes I had a pink field where address was.

    So, it was user error imo.

    Sorry for the excitement :P

    No problem. Glad to know you were able to sort things out. Anyway, I forgot to address your second issue.

    The answer is no, there should not be any problem even if the form is printed before it is submitted, provided that the submission is successful, i.e. the thank you page is displayed.
