I tired to forward the submission, but signature does not show in email
Is there way to fix it?

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. I am able to replicate the problem. Here's an example:
I have now escalated this to our developers. You will be notified via this thread when updates are available or once the issue is fixed.

My sincere apologies! I have a mistake here. The e-signature is actually missing or broken. The current screenshot is taken into the notification email, not from the forwarded email. I'm sorry again. I've changed the report details.
