Thank You page requires user to scroll to the top

Upon submit the Thank You page is not visible unless the user manually scrolls to the top. The user does not know to do this and so does not see the Thank you page content. Quite a dilemma.

I have a temporary workaround (div margin-top setting) that pushes the top margin out by 900 pixels, but this is not really ideal.

    Tips welcome.

    Hello premedia,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

This issue does not happen when you access your form with it's direct URL. Have you embedded your form in your web page where you are having this issue?

I would suggest you to embed your form with its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you in getting your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
