Also asked the possibility if he could Edit/Approve/Cancel the form after he fills it.
Let me give you an example...
My Client is submitting me form asking for a poster.
After filling the form, Before sending it to me, he wants to send it to his manager for approval.
and the manager should have access to Either Approve it or Edit it
If Approved the form should be submiited to me.
If required changes he should be able to update then upon approval he will send it to me.
Is this possible? I wish it is, please let me know...

Hi,
You could use conditionally sent emails based on a text field to accomplish this. Essentially you would setup two email notifications, both containing a submission edit link:
http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
The first email notification would go to his manager for approval:
http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
And this would be sent only if the field you choose is blank. You could make a field labeled "Approval" or some such:
Then set the manager email to send if this is blank:
The manager would get the first email and check the submission. Once finished would click the edit link and fill in the approval field and re-submit the form.
The second email address would need to be setup to be sent only if this field is filled:
You can also set the condition to be equal to something specific if you would like more than just something entered in the field.
I hope this was clear. If you have any further questions please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for using JotForm!
