I set the Paypal's IPN as instructed to point to Jotform's servers. My client already has other previous form on the their sit through another service. They are now not receiving notice for those forms. Can we resolve this??

Like what was mentioned in this lengthy user guide, the IPN URL configured on your PayPal account will not matter for JotForm. So long as IPN is enabled, your JotForm forms are good to go.
With that said, simply revert the IPN URL back to what it was before to resolve this problem.
